BlockChange
BlockChange's mission is to bring about diversity in the blockchain community while introducing and leading people to the opportunities in the blockchain space through education. Educating a diverse group of students on blockchain today will lead to a more diverse and robust blockchain industry tomorrow. But we want to do more than that. The more nascent an industry is, the more opportunities and potential it holds. One of the most attractive aspects of this particular space is that, right now, anyone can become an expert! We want BlockChange to expose more people to the crypto space and give them the resources they need to become experts.

An interview series with the women building this space
Our Fireside Chats initiative comprises weekly informal interviews with women in all areas of the blockchain space. Through this, we hope to help set the tone and culture in the nascent blockchain space by sharing experiences and knowledge of women in an accessible way. We aim to break down barriers to entry to the blockchain space by cultivating an inclusive community for women who are either interested in being a part of, or already in the crypto and blockchain world. Our aim is to make women feel welcome by sharing ideas, creating influential narratives, highlighting accomplishments, and encouraging questions on an open, interactive platform. We hope our Fireside Chats will not only inspire discussion and foster connections, but will also create opportunities for our audience in order to grow and strengthen the community of women and their allies in the blockchain space. Each of the women featured in our Fireside Chats series is passionate about building a diverse culture in the space with a pattern of paying it forward.
